Episcopal Church: The building has been vastly transmogrified. The outside work is nearly done. The Sunday school room is about 21-by-69-feet and is lighted by four large Gothic windows. In the upper sash is a pane of handsomely stained glass. This apartment will accommodate the numerous scholars who are in attendance. Two doors, neatly hooded with a Gothic porch, approach the schoolroom from the outside and will be entered from the main body of the church by a door on the other side of the chancel. The rector's study is catered from the schoolroom though a wide, double door. In the study a commodious bookcase will be built into the wall for placing of the library. It is hoped the bell tower will be separate from the building. Where it is now there is a dreadful thumping. A tower standing in the yard, detached from the building is hoped for …

All sorts: The measles are running riot all over the city, but the disease does not stay with a youngster over three days. The Tribune is authority for the statement that the young ladies of the Episcopal church are speaking of giving a sheet and pillow case party, providing the contemplated leap year ball is not made pretty soon.

Clean up: Our typos put on overalls and cleaned out the office. After four hours they discovered a board floor, five monkey wrenches, a pair of pipe tongs, a set of chases, half a dozen towels, a few files, and a kit of burglar's tools. Pete Jackson, the office cat, doesn't know where he is at — the place is so changed.
