A high-level nuclear dump in Nevada is “a formula for disaster,” according to Governor Bob Miller. Miller said the DOE believes it can build the dump at Yucca Mountain as long as there’s “no state or local involvement, no regulatory oversight, no congressional review, no litigation.”
