With the help of Ann Bollinger of Carson City Open Space, the Parks & Recreation Department and Finest Fence, Champions, Allies and Board members of Capital City C.I.R.C.L.E.S. Initiative completed a stretch of split rail fencing along Carson River Road before getting rained out last Saturday. An integral part of C.I.R.C.L.E.S. is the idea of reciprocity, which involves giving back to the community in some tangible way.
