Note: Menus are for the week of Feb. 9 and are subject to change without notice. Choice of beverage is included with meals.


Monday: Cabbage roll, linguini, diced carrots, plums, whole wheat roll with apple butter.

Tuesday: Chicken cacciatore, linguini, garden salad, diced pears, garlic bread.

Wednesday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, Brussel sprouts, raspberry Jell-O with peaches.

Thursday: Hawaiian pork chop, yams, green beans, apple rings, angel food cake.

Friday: Meatball sub, wild rice mushroom soup, tossed salad, orange wedges, Valentine cookie.


Monday: Veal cutlet, mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed veggies, peaches, sherbet.

Tuesday: Salmon, peas with cream sauce, carrot-raisin salad, pears.

Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, bread with butter, peaches.

Thursday: Chicken with gravy, rice, Brussel sprouts, spiced pears, brownie.

Friday: French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, V8 and orange juice.


Monday: Combination pizza, green salad, pineapple chunks, chocolate eclairs.

Tuesday: Polish sausage, cottage cheese with pineapple, red potato, sauerkraut, rye bread, custard.

Wednesday: Beef pot roast with gravy, potato, onion and celery, Caesar salad, French bread, cake and ice cream.

Thursday: Chicken teriyaki, fried rice, layered salad, orange.

Friday: Veal Parmesan, salad with tomatoes, rice pilaf, garlic bread, Italian veggies, cheesecake.


Monday: Tortellini w/meat sauce, spinach, garlic bread, oranges, brownie.

Tuesday: Glazed ham, sweet potato, broccoli, baked apple.

Wednesday: Onion soup, spinach quiche, colorful salad, bread, sliced peaches, peach yogurt.

Thursday: Hot turkey sandwich, Harvard beets, mashed potatoes with gravy, bread, pears.

Friday: Cornish game hen, rice pilaf, Capri veggies, roll, cherry cake.


Monday: Baked chicken, twice-baked potatoes, vegetables.

Tuesday: Tacos, refried beans, rice, fruit salad.

Wednesday: Beef tips on noodles, vegetables, fruit, muffins.

Thursday: Country style pork ribs, yams, cornbread, coleslaw.

Friday: Chicken cordon bleu, wild rice pilaf, vegetables, fruit salad.


Monday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, carrots, green salad, pudding.

Tuesday: Chili cheese baked potato, carrots, cottage cheese with peaches, bread pudding.

Wednesday: Tips and noodles, spinach, fruit salad, garlic bread, peach crisp.

Thursday: Beef and bean burrito, Spanish rice, Mexicorn, Mandarin oranges.

Friday: Breakfast, 8:30-9: 30 a.m. Quiche, potatoes O’Brien, fresh fruit, toast, juice, fruit dish.


Monday: Lasagna, green salad, mixed veggies, garlic bread, peaches.

Tuesday: Barbecue chicken, baked acorn squash, cucumbers in sour cream, biscuit with honey, Ambrosia salad.

Wednesday: Beef stew, roll with butter, green salad, Mandarin oranges.

Thursday: Barbecue pork ribs, scalloped potatoes, mustard greens, apple slices with cinnamon, whole wheat bread.

Friday: Baked fish, coleslaw, glazed carrots, mixed fruit, fruit juice.
