CARSON CITY

The lunch menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

Monday: Cabbage roll, linguini, dinner salad, grapes, whole wheat roll with margarine.

Tuesday: Macaroni and cheese with ham, green beans, marinated tomatoes, banana.

Wednesday: Seafood Louie with egg, cheese, tomato, cucumber, crackers, honeydew melon, scone with margarine.

Thursday: Baked chicken, wild rice, peas and carrots, strawberry Jell-O with pears, whole wheat bread with margarine.

Friday: Roast pork, apple stuffing, peas, carrot and raisin salad, Boston cream pie.

DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

Monday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach salad, zucchini, apple, garlic bread.

Tuesday: Fried chicken, mashed potato with gravy, mixed veggies, garden salad, bread, apricots, cookie.

Wednesday: Baked fish squares, coleslaw, stewed tomatoes, roll, banana, chocolate pudding.

Thursday: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, peas, rye bread, peaches, cookie.

Friday: Birthday lunch. Pork ribs, potato salad, squash, roll with margarine, pears, cake and ice cream.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The lunch menu for the Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

Monday: White chicken chili with beans, cheese and onions, green salad with croutons, corn bread, strawberry shortcake.

Tuesday: Barbecue Keilbasa sandwich, potato salad, baked beans, watermelon, cupcakes.

Wednesday: Cream of broccoli soup, lemon baked fish, brown rice with cauliflower, carrots and snowpeas, colorful salad with balsamic vinaigrette, royal brownie.

Thursday: Cold turkey sandwich, potato chips, celery and peanut butter, ice cream banana royal.

Friday: Chicken Cordon Bleu, mashed potato and gravy, Bacon and swiss salad, Key Largo veggie blend, slice of raspberry cheesecake.

STOREY COUNTY

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is located on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

Monday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, vegetables, fruit.

Tuesday: Manicotti with meat sauce, garlic bread, green salad.

Wednesday: Birthday lunch buffet. Chicken wings, finger sandwiches, baked beans, barbecue beef ribs.

Thursday: Chicken tamales, refried beans, rice, melon salad.

Friday: Fish sandwich, french fries, coleslaw, pudding with ice cream.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way:

Monday: Turkey a la king, pea salad, Harvard beets, bread, fruit cup.

Tuesday: Chuckwagon steak, mixed veggies, carrot and raisin salad, bread pudding.

Wednesday: Chef salad, rolls, lemon bisque.

Thursday: Egg salad sandwich, baked beans, potato salad, rootbeer float.

Friday: Birthday Dinner, 5-5:30 p.m. Roast pork, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans with onions, frog eye salad, dinner rolls, hot apple pie with butter sauce.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

Monday: Fish and chips, coleslaw, corn bread, banana pudding.

Tuesday: Roast beef with gravy, red potatoes, mixed veggies, garden salad, peaches, strawberry shortcake.

Wednesday: Sloppy Joes, french fries, coleslaw, lime Jell-O with pears.

Thursday: Barbecue ribs and chicken, potato salad, green beans, rolls, corn on the cob, apple pie a la mode.

Friday: Breakfast: 9:30 a.m. Waffle bar, strawberry, blueberry peach topping, tomato juice, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, orange juice.
