CARSON CITY

The luncheon menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive, includes milk or coffee every meal. The menu is subject to change without notice.

Monday: Holiday, center closed.

Tuesday: Liver or Salisbury steak with onions and gravy, whipped potatoes, tomatoes vinaigrette, Mexicorn, peaches, whole wheat bread with apple butter.

Wednesday: Baked ham steak with fruit glaze, scalloped potatoes, steamed spinach, strawberry shortcake, whole wheat bread with margarine.

Thursday: Lasagna, fresh spinach salad, orange, garlic bread.

Friday: Wiki-wiki pulled pork sandwich, aloha potato wedges, tropical fruit salad, marinated broccoli salad, birthday cake and ice cream.

DAYTON

Tuesday: Veal cutlets, mashed potatoes with country gravy, peas and carrots, fruit crisp.

Wednesday: Turkey a la king, California vegetables, plums, apple juice.

Thursday: Sloppy Joes, fries, squash, pineapple.

Friday: Breakfast, 9-10 a.m. – scrambled eggs, ham, hashbrowns, cinnamon rolls, fruit, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The lunch menu for the Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

Monday: Holiday, center closed.

Tuesday: Polish sausage, red potatoes, sauerkraut, rye bread, fresh-fruit cup.

Wednesday: Cheese ravioli with pasta sauce, mixed fruit salad, Italian-blend vegetables, garlic bread, cookie.

Thursday: Beef stir fry, rice, beet salad, whole-wheat bread, mandarin orange.

Friday: French dip with au jus, eight-vegetable marinated salad, fries, banana pudding.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way:

Monday: Holiday, center closed.

Tuesday: Cabbage rolls, carrot medley, creamed potatoes, bread, fruit, pudding.

Wednesday: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, vegetable, green salad, fruit, bread, lemon bisque.

Thursday: Chicken taco salad, banana cream pie.

Friday: Fish and chips, Tater Tots, coleslaw, refried beans, bread, fruit, cook’s choice dessert.

FERNLEY

Lunch is served on weekdays at Fernley Center, 1170 W. Newlands Dr.

Monday: Holiday, center closed.

Tuesday: Honey-mustard chicken, carrots and peas, scalloped potatoes, roll with margarine, apricots, cookie.

Wednesday: Chili dogs with chili beans, mixed veggies, cheese, onions, Tater Tots, watermelon, ice cream.

Thursday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, cauliflower, green salad, garlic bread, orange.

Friday: Baked fish, coleslaw, stewed tomatoes, bread with margarine, banana, fruit crisp.
