Senior menus Feb. 23

Note: Menus are for the week of Feb. 23 and are subject to change without notice. Choice of beverage is included with meals.


Monday: Beef stroganoff, egg noodles, chuckwagon corn, plums, whole wheat roll with margarine.

Tuesday: Roast turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli with cheese sauce, apricots, ice cream.

Wednesday: Stuffed peppers, linguini, broccoli and cauliflower, salad, peaches, French bread with margarine.

Thursday: Polish sausage, minestrone soup, romaine salad, fruit pie.

Friday: Liver and onions or Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, tomatoes vinaigrette, pears, whole wheat bread with margarine.


Monday: Baked pollack, squash, spinach salad, banana, peach Melba.

Tuesday: Swiss burger, broccoli and cauliflower, fries, spiced pears, brownies.

Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli, roll, pears.

Thursday: Pizza combination, ham, pineapple, pepperoni, three-bean salad, cherry cake.

Friday: Denver quiche, sausage, banana, bread, fresh fruit salad, V8 and orange juice.


Monday: Pork loin with apples, sweet potatoes, spring mix salad, French style green beans, strawberry shortcake.

Tuesday: Chicken Creole, pea salad, red beans and rice, fruit cocktail, cupcakes.

Wednesday: Baked fish, parsley butter potato, seasoned zucchini, Waldorf salad, whole wheat roll with apple butter, cantaloupe chunks.

Thursday: Salisbury steak, 8-vegetable salad, O’Brien scalloped potatoes, apricots, cookies.

Friday: Split pea soup, meatball sub, cucumbers with sour cream dressing, orange wedges.


Monday: Swiss steak, broccoli and cauliflower, mashed potatoes, roll, spiced pears.

Tuesday: Seafood chowder, broccoli, stuffed potato, bread pudding, orange.

Wednesday: Teriyaki chicken, layered salad, fried rice, green beans, orange.

Thursday: Stuffed pork chop, rice pilaf, stir fried veggies, roll, bananas Foster.

Friday: Biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit cup, V8, orange juice.

Wednesday: Curry chicken over rice, colorful salad, spinach, bread, cake.

Thursday: Sloppy Joes, peas and carrots, Tater Tots, Ambrosia salad, cherry cobbler.

Friday: Broasted chicken, squash, cucumber salad, cook’s choice dessert.
