Staff reports

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

— A 68-year-old transient laborer was arrested at 9:33 a.m. Sunday on the corner of Cochise Street and Clearview Drive on misdemeanor suspicion of disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $237.

— A 37-year-old transient laborer was arrested at 9:33 a.m. Sunday on the corner of Cochise Street and Clearview Drive on misdemeanor suspicion of disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $237.

— A 28-year-old Carson City painter was arrested at 6:15 a.m. Sunday in the 3500 block of Cinnebar Avenue on misdemeanor warrant out of Carson City for contempt of court for failure to complete community service. A cash-only bail was set at $230.

— A 55-year-old, unemployed transient was arrested at midnight Sunday in the 1000 block of North Saliman Street on a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson for failure to comply. A cash-only bail was set at $500.

— Alex Salis, a 22-year-old Dayton landscaper, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of North Edmonds Street on felony suspicion of probation violation. He was placed on a no-bail hold.

— A 44-year-old unemployed Carson City woman was arrested at 8:07 p.m. Saturday on the corner of Carson and Robinson streets on a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson for failure to appear in court. A cash-only bail was set at $500.

— Moises Ortiz, a 27-year-old Carson City construction worker, was arrested at 341 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Woodside Drive on felony suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor suspicion of trespassing. Bail was set at $2,500.

— A 36-year-old Carson City framer was arrested at 6:40 a.m. Saturday on the corner of East Highway 50 and Edmonds Drive on a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson for failure to appear in court on a traffic violation. A cash-only bail was set at $1,410.
