Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 21-year-old unemployed Dayton man was arrested at 12:06 a.m. Thursday in the 3200 block of Market Street on suspicion of misdemeanor petty larceny. Bail was set at $347.

• A 30-year-old auto salesman from Carson City was arrested at 1:47 a.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of East William Street on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, speeding and no proof of insurance. Bail was set at $1,961.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• A man reported at 11:53 a.m. that he was “just beaten up” on South Lompa Lane.

• Report of three children, two in child seats, one “a little older,” unsupervised in a vehicle in the Save Mart parking lot on Highway 50 East at 3:22 p.m.

• Hit-and-run accident in the 500 block of North Carson Street at 10:31 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Misdemeanor arrest in Fernley at 12:38 a.m.

• Two misdemeanor arrests on West Newlands Drive in Fernley at 12:57 a.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Sunny Lane in Fernley at 2:40 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Caller on Canyon Way wanted to speak with deputy at 11:47 a.m. regarding a person feeding wild horses.

• Caller on Canyon Way reported telephone harassment at 12:15 p.m.

• Traffic citation issued at Mill and North R streets at 5:07 p.m.

• Traffic citation issued at Devils Gate on South Main Street in Silver City at 5:27 p.m.

• Report of a 4-year-old boy on Enterprise Way with a burn on his hand from the stove at 6:34 p.m.
