Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• James Howlett, 35, of Carson City, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of Karin Drive on suspicion of gross misdemeanor child endangerment, misdemeanor domestic battery, battery, obstructing an investigation, threats and destruction of property. Bail was set at $8,031.

• David Edward Emoney, 20, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 5 p.m. Thursday at Dan and Roop streets on suspicion of felony using false ID to avoid prosecution, probation violation, contempt of court and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $13,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Fight report outside a bar in the 300 block of North Carson Street at 1:25 a.m.

• Report of a 1986 red shortbed Toyota pickup with a chrome toolbox and lumber racks missing from the 3400 block of Imperial Way at 10:44 a.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Report of two vehicles damaged on Sweetwater Court in Dayton at 6:52 a.m.

• Report of a 9-year-old being unruly and causing a disturbance in school on Farm District Road in Fernley at 9:59 a.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Highway 50 East in Mound House after a driver was reportedly unable to maintain a lane at 8:39 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Report of a person slumped over in a wheelchair on Interstate 80 near the Mustang Exit at 5:30 p.m. Paramedics were called.
