Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Bradley Owen Emmans, 24, disabled from Carson City, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. in the 900 block of Wagner Drive on suspicion of felony domestic battery (choking), gross misdemeanor false imprisonment and misdemeanor battery. Bail was set at $20,637.

• An 18-year-old Carson City  janitor was arrested at 3:49 p.m. Tuesday at Fairview and Walker drives on suspicion of felony possession of 3.9 ounces of marijuana, felony possession of marijuana for sale and misdemeanor speeding in a school zone. Bail was set at $10,147.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Report at 11:44 a.m. of jewelry stolen from the 1600 block of Divot Road.

• Report at 2:09 p.m. of a computer stolen sometime in the morning from a home in the 700 block of Bonanza Drive.

• Report of a teenage girl slamming another teenage girl’s head into a vehicle at Anderson and Musser streets at 2:43 p.m. An arrest was made.

• Report of a white 1988 Toyota 4Runner with a broken windshield stolen from the Walmart parking lot between 3 – 3:28 p.m.

• A visiting sheriff’s lieutenant from Pinellas, Fla., reported smelling a “large amount of marijuana” coming from a hotel room in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East at 5:41 p.m.

• Report of a man yelling profanities as he stood outside in the 4600 block of Hells Bells Road at 9:40 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• A Mark Twain mother reported at 4:24 p.m. that her 17-year-old son was assaulted at school, and now the assailant was waiting for her son outside their home.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Report at 5:12 p.m. of wild horses in the area of the river off Canyon Way

• Report at 5:17 p.m. on Avenue De La Bleu De Clare of four horses in a yard.
