Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Michael James Olney, 22, of Carson City, was arrested at 5:39 a.m. Wednesday on suspicion of felony failure to appear. Bail was set at $1,500.

• Thomas Daniel Bisher, 21, a laborer from Citrus Heights, Calif., surrendered to police on a warrant for suspicion of felony possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $20,000.

• Julian Montero-Partida, 38, of Carson City, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. on a felony warrant for failure to appear after admission to bail. Bail was set at $50,000. Montero-Partida also is being held on an immigration hold.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Report of a bicycle found in the 1500 block of Panaca Drive at 8:12 a.m.

• Report of items stolen from the yard at Hettrick Electric in the 2000 block of Lompa Lane for the third time.

• A red Jeep Cherokee, license plate 381WGA, stolen from the 1500 block of Rand Avenue sometime Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Vehicle burglary report on Torrey Pines Drive in Dayton Valley at 8:28 a.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Belmont Street in Mason Valley at 1:04 p.m.

• Accident on Stanley Drive in Fernley at 2:14 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Report at 8:19 a.m. of a man in a “box-type vehicle” who flashed a badge at workers spraying weeds on Six Mile Canyon Road and threatened to “come back and take care of situation.”
