Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 21-year-old unemployed Gardnerville student was arrested at 2:47 a.m. Tuesday on suspicion of drunken driving and speeding. Bail was set at $1,239.

• A 26-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday outside Bordewich Bray Elementary School on suspicion of misdemeanor loitering near school grounds. It was the second time police found the man watching children.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• A home in the 200 block of Annapolis Avenue was burglarized sometime overnight, a caller reported at 9:28 a.m.

• Report at 1:23 p.m. of a juvenile taking Starburst candy from the Jackson’s gas station at Rand Avenue and running off with two others teens. Police contacted all three juveniles, including the one with the candy.

• Three-car accident in the 800 block of Fairview Drive at 5:34 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Report of possible bullet holes found in a vehicle on Ranch Road in Fernley at 8:08 a.m.

• A handgun was stolen from a home on Garnet Circle in Mound House about a month ago, a caller reported at 10:26 a.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Citrus Street in Silver Springs at 2:25 p.m.

• Felony arrest on Main Street in Fernley at 9:13 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Property damage report at the Washoe Club on South C Street at 8:43 a.m.

• Arrest on USA Parkway at 5:49 p.m.
