A Carson City investigator said Friday the public helped identify a woman seen using a stolen credit card at a gas station recently. Now he asks that people help find her.

Detective Bob Motamenpour said the woman shown in a grainy surveillance photo is Jennifer Boise, 34, of Washoe Valley. Boise is 5-feet-7, 135 pounds with long wavy brown hair and brown eyes.

She is suspected of using a credit card stolen from a vehicle parked outside a gym on Fairview Drive on Jan. 28.

That same day, the card was used twice at Walmart and once at the Quick Stop Market at Hot Springs Road and Roop Street, where surveillance cameras captured Boise’ image, said Motamenpour.

Anyone with information on Boise’s whereabouts is asked to call Motamenpour at 887-2020 ext. 41406.

Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Call 775-322-4900. Callers remain anonymous.
