Paul Bryan Adams

Born on March 3, 1943 in Los Angeles, California, passed peacefully from his earthly home to his heavenly home on April 24, 2019 in Carson City, Nevada.

Preceded in death by father and mother, Cyrus and Helen Adams and his brother David Adams.

Survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Pamela Adams. His son Jarrod Adams, wife Kimberly Adams and their two children Walker Plaut and Madison Adams. His sister Lynette Lewis and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Paul graduated from Anaheim High School in 1960 and attended Fullerton Junior College to pursue a law degree. He met and married his wife in 1969. A few years after the birth of their son Jarrod, they moved to Reno, Nevada where he joined his brother David in his janitorial business in 1973. In 1975, he began his career with the Nevada Department of Prisons. He worked up through the ranks and achieved the rank of Captain. He then retired from the Nevada State Prison in 1998 after 23 years of service.

He loved the Lord, his family and his bulldog Tater. Throughout his life he enjoyed attending church and was very active helping with church functions including helping build the church he and his family attended. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle with his family and friends, shoes were optional while riding. Paul was a fair and honest man with integrity and kept his word.

The family will be having a celebration of life at Calvary Chapel Carson City (1635 Clearview Drive), on May 18, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
