Chamber music festival part of Artown

As part of Reno’s Artown, the Reno Chamber Orchestra presents “The Nevada Chamber Music Festival in July,” a special chamber music concert 7 p.m. Sunday at the Robert Z. Hawkins Amphitheater inside Bartley Ranch Regional Park, 6000 Bartley Ranch Road in Reno.

Musicians Meng-Chieh Liu (piano), James Buswell (violin), Theodore Kuchar (viola), Carol Ou (cello), and Scott Faulkner (double bass) will perform Franz Schubert’s beloved “Trout” Quintet and the Trio in B major by Johannes Brahms.

Tickets are $15 regular seat price and $5 lawn seat price. VIP tickets are $50. Call 348-9413.
