Open Dance Night at Comma Coffee

Bingo at Corpus Christi this weekend

The St. Benedict Society of Corpus Christi Catholic Church will hold an afternoon of bingo starting at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, 5335 Snyder Ave.

Driver’s Edge youth driver program comes to Reno

The nationally recognized Driver’s Edge young driver training program will be in the Reno area Thursday through Sunday at the Washoe County Regional Training Facility, 5190 Spectrum Blvd. There are two sessions each day, one at 8 a.m. and one at 1 p.m. More than 1,000 young drivers and their parents can attend this free program, which was started to address the growing number of youth-related auto collisions and fatalities. Drivers aged 15 to 21 with a valid learner’s permit or license may register for the program by calling 1 (877) 633-EDGE or http://www.driversedge.org.

Local musician to entertain at campfire
