•Wishing Well Satin Lounge, 112 Rice St., scored 100 points.

•Glen Eagles, 3700 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

•The Crackerbox, 402 E. William St., 97. -2 Raw foods stored above ready to eat foods, -1 Floors are not clean.

•Playa Azul, 415 E. William St., 93. -2 Food in walk-in refrigerator at temperatures between 43-45 F. -1 A cold holding thermometer is missing, inaccurate, is not located in warmest part of the cold holding unit, or is not located to be easily readable. -2 Food is double stacked on a table with container bottom touching food products. -2 Food contact surface of slicer is dirty.
