Job’s Daughters donate
Job’s Daughters Carson City Bethel No. 4 recently made a donation to Children’s Organ Transplant Association in the name of Dylan Chavarin, a 6-year-old boy in Azusa, Calif.
Dylan is the nephew of Cody Knox of Carson City.
Dylan was born with a disease called Total Colon Hirschsprung’s, which means that there is a lack of nerve endings – ganglion cells – present throughout his intestinal tract. Dylan is in need of a liver/small bowel transplant.
The donation made by Job’s Daughters Bethel No. 4 will help toward reaching the parents’ goal of $120,000 for the surgery.
