Law in the New Millennium set for Vegas

Presentations by leading officials in the Nevada legal system will highlight Law in the New Millennium next week in Las Vegas.

The meeting will begin on the UNLV campus at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 20.

Nevada Supreme Court Chief Justice Bob Rose will discuss recent changes in the Nevada court system and possible developments in the future.

Attorney General Frankie Sue Del Papa will discuss the values of high-technology in law enforcement and Ann Bersi of the State Bar Association will discuss how to make the law work for everyone.

They will be joined by Dara Goldsmith of the Clark County Bar Association and UNLV law school Dean Richard Morgan.
