Closer look at Question 3
With fear of being labeled an uninformed voter, of which I am told there are many, I have questions about State Question 3, the energy bill.
Why do we need to amend the state Constitution to do this?
Did all the other states that have already done this do it that way?
Why not just make it a state law instead?
Is there some compelling legal reason that it should take 5-plus years to do something that was needed yesterday?
Will most people just vote “yes” thinking they are doing the right thing?
Is there perhaps another agenda here, one that has to do with money instead of what is needed? That certainly is not out of the ordinary.
Please correct me if I’m wrong or uninformed.
