Probation revoked for several this week

The following people appeared in Carson City District Court this week:

• Jose Banuelos-Ruiz, 22, pleaded guilty Monday to battery and will be sentenced Jan. 29.

• Scott Graham, 46, was sentenced Monday to a suspended sentence of 12 to 30 months in prison and five years probation on a charge of failure to pay child support. He was also ordered to pay restitution of $17,993.

• Gerardo Ontiveros, 27, pleaded guilty Monday to attempted theft. He will be sentenced Jan. 22.

• Javier Ochoa, 45, pleaded guilty Tuesday to trafficking a controlled substance. He will be sentenced Feb. 6.

• Kristopher Heggestad, 24, pleaded guilty Tuesday to sex offender failure to change address. He will be sentenced Feb. 6.

• Jason Bahnsen, 26, was given a suspended prison sentence Tuesday of 18 to 96 months and probation for five years on a charge of principal to auto burglary.

• Drue Anderson, 38, pleaded guilty Tuesday to third-offense drunken driving. He will be sentenced Feb. 6.

• Humberto Segura-Terrazas, 35, was given a suspended prison sentence Tuesday of 19 to 48 months and five years probation on a charge of possession of a controlled substance for sale.

• Robert William Neese, 40, had his probation revoked Tuesday for testing positive for methamphetamine use and must serve 12 to 30 months in prison on a charge of attempted burglary. He was given credit for serving 76 days in jail.

• Robert S. Moose Jr., has his deferred sentence revoked Tuesday and must serve 12 to 30 months in prison on a charge of principal to auto burglary. He was given credit for serving 111 days in jail.

• Jorge Leon, 42, pleaded guilty Tuesday to attempted assault with a deadly weapon. He will be sentenced Jan. 23.

• Raymond May, 45, pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance. He will be sentenced May 14.

• Randall Dillahunty, 37, had his deferred sentence revoked and must serve 12 to 36 months in prison on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. He was given credit for 144 days served in jail.

• Robert Jacobsen, 51, was given a suspended prison sentence of 16 to 48 months and probation for three years on a charge of possession of a false or fictitious prescription.

• Michael Pierson, 41, was sentenced Tuesday to 19 to 48 months in prison on a charge of attempted theft.
