The menu for the Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:
Monday: Liver and onions with bacon, potato O’Brien, brussels sprouts, honey-lime fruit salad, rice pudding.
Tuesday: Shredded chicken enchiladas, lettuce, tomato, Spanish rice, refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, sliced-apple dessert.
Wednesday: Beef stew, cottage cheese with peaches, banana, roll, vanilla custard.
Thursday: Pork chops, sweet potato, Oregon vegetables, applesauce, Jell-O with fruit, roll, spice cake.
