The lunch menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive:
Monday: Krab salad on a croissant, tomato, pickle, lettuce, potato salad, grapes.
Tuesday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, carrots, roll with butter, applesauce Jell-O, fruit cobbler.
Wednesday: Paprika chicken, beets, potato rounds, pea salad, sherbet.
Thursday: Meatloaf with gravy, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, strawberry shortcake.
Friday: Roast turkey with gravy, green beans, half baked potato, roll with butter, fruit salad, rainbow sherbet.
The menu for the Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:
Monday: Fish sticks, scalloped potatoes, cottage cheese with mandarin oranges, green beans, tartar sauce, pineapple upside-down cake.
Tuesday: Beef fajitas with tortillas, Spanish rice, lettuce, cheese, tomato, guacamole, sour cream, sliced apple dessert.
Wednesday: Roasted turkey, fruit salad, mashed potatoes with gravy, roll, baby carrots, cake and ice cream.
Thursday: Barbecued meatballs, fresh fruit salad, rice, green beans, biscuit, brownies.
Friday: Charleston chicken, rice pilaf, mixed green salad, Français- blend vegetables, apricots, cookies.
The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:
Monday: Lasagna, cauliflower, garlic bread, apricots, sherbet.
Tuesday: Corned beef, carrots, cabbage, onions, potatoes, rye bread, cantaloupe, banana pudding.
Wednesday: Beef stew, coleslaw, cornbread with butter, applesauce, mixed fruit.
Thursday: Pizza, green beans with tomatoes and mushrooms, peas, corn, cake.
Friday: Teriyaki chicken, baked beans, rice, spinach salad, roll, banana, cake and ice cream.
The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Dr:
Monday: Pollock, rice pilaf, California-blend veggies, peaches.
Tuesday: Barbecued beef sandwich, potato wedges, broccoli, applesauce.
Wednesday: Veal cutlet, mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed veggies, fruit medley.
Thursday: Taco salad, chips and salsa, beets, mandarin oranges.
Friday: Ham and beans, cornbread, pineapple with cottage cheese, banana
