The lunch menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive:
Monday: Herb baked chicken, one-half baked potato with light sour cream an chives, vegetable medley, diced pears, french bread.
Tuesday: Barbecue pork riblets, baked beans, Tater Tots, carrot-raisin salad, watermelon.
Wednesday: Roast turkey with gravy, whipped potatoes, peas and carrots, Mandarin oranges and cranberries, wheat roll with margarine.
Thursday: Chicken Caesar salad, carrot and celery sticks, grapes, cookie, raisin biscuit with margarine.
Friday: Roast beef with gravy, rice, broccoli with cheese sauce, fruit cocktail, biscuit with margarine.

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:
Monday: Ham, cabbage, yams, roll with margarine, plums, cookie.
Tuesday: Meatloaf, steamed spinach, mashed potatoes, lettuce and tomato salad, bread with margarine, Chantilly fruit cup.
Wednesday: Veal cutlet with gravy, baked potato, margarine, stir fry veggies, cantaloupe cubes.
Thursday: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, peas, rye bread, peaches, cookie.
Friday: Chicken cordon bleu, rice pilaf, broccoli, roll with margarine, strawberry cake and ice cream.
The menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Way:
Monday: Onion soup, spinach quiche, colorful salad, peaches with yogurt, whole wheat bread.
Tuesday: Ham, augratin potatoes, peas and carrots, baked beans, fruit salad, roll.
Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, peaches, bread.
Thursday: Chef’s salad, lettuce, onions, beets, olives, tomatoes, ham, cheese, turkey, cottage cheese.
Friday: Baked fish, coleslaw, Italian tomatoes, banana crisp, whole wheat bread.

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:
Monday: BLT, fruit salad, cottage cheese and tomato, cookie.
Tuesday: Clam chowder, turkey sandwich, carrots, celery sticks, fruit cup.
Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, spinach, lettuce and tomato salad, whole wheat bread, cupcake.
Thursday: Crunch chicken casserole, peas, fruit.
Friday: Cod augratin, pea salad, dinner roll, rice, special cake.
