The following people were taken into custody at the Carson City jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
— Jorge Gonzales, 33, of Carson City a drywall worker, was arrested at 4:09 a.m. Thursday in the 1900 block of Marian Avenue for investigation of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid license, no proof of insurance, a fictitious registration, suspended registration and a warrant out of Reno Justice Court. Bail was set at $10,000.
— A 37-year-old Carson City construction framer was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the 2200 block of California Street for investigation of second-offense domestic battery. Bail was set at $5,105.
— A 28-year-old unemployed Carson City man and 25-year-old Carson City woman were arrested just after 4 p.m. Thursday in the 1600 block of East Long Street for investigation of battery. The two allegedly battered a woman in her apartment. Bail was set at $1,105 for the man and $1,705 for the woman. She was also arrested on a warrant out of Carson City Justice Court for criminal contempt.
— A 41-year-old Carson City machinist was arrested at 6:20 p.m. Thursday in the first block of Bryan Circle for investigation of domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,105.
— A 35-year-old Carson City warehouse worker was arrested at 10:34 p.m. Thursday at Highway 50 and Lassen Drive for investigation of first-offense driving under the influence and speeding. Bail was set at $1,185.

— A 41-year-old Stateline computer operator was arrested at 12:33 a.m. Friday in the 3400 block of North Carson Street for investigation of first-offense DUI and a center turn lane violation. Bail was set at $1,160.
Deputies responded to the following calls Wednesday.
— Four domestic battery reports, two ending in misdemeanor arrest.
— One embezzlement report.
— Two grand larceny reports.
— One missing person report.
— Three vehicle burglary reports.
— One residential burglary report.
— One property damage report.
