The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:
— A 26-year-old unemployed cook from Carson City was arrested at 11:46 a.m. Saturday at Roop and Musser streets for misdemeanor suspicion of ex-felon failure to change address. Bail was set at $210.
— Guadalupe Rueda, 20, a transient construction worker, was arrested at 8:10 a.m. Sunday on Winnie Lane for suspicion of felony failure to appear on a possession of a controlled substance charge, failure to appear after admission to bail, misdemeanor failure to pay fines and failure to comply. No bail was set.
— Russell Blackford, 60, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. Saturday in the 3300 block of Highway 50 East for suspicion of felony burglary. Bail was set at $25,000.
— Jeremy Lee Crews, 18, from Mound House, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. Sunday on Highway 50 East for suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor warrant for domestic battery. His bail was set at $5,605.
— Paul Emil Fountaine Sr., 91, retired from Carson City, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. Saturday at his home in the 2000 block of Lompa Lane for suspicion of felony battery with a deadly weapon. According to the police report, the victim stated when he asked Fountaine if he’d seen his dog, Fountaine hit him two times with a wooden bat or stick and shouted, “You stole everything I have.” Fountaine is being held on $30,000 bail.

Bail was set at $2,500.
