The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court.

• James Williams, 24, a salesman from Carson City, was arrested at 11 a.m. Saturday on the intersection of North Creek and West Creek lanes on suspicion of having outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants. Williams was allegedly selling vacuums without a permit. Bail was set at $2,500 for the felony warrant and $1,500 for the misdemeanor warrant.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Saturday:

• A 20-year-old Sparks woman was arrested at 11 a.m. Saturday on the intersection of North Creek and West Creek lanes on suspicion of failure to appear in court for a traffic violation. Bail was set at $237.

• A 47-year-old unemployed Stagecoach man was arrested at 6:30 p.m. Saturday on Arrowhead and Centennial Park drives on suspicion of speeding, driving without a license, driving without insurance, possession of an open container of alcohol and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bail was set at $1,400.

• A 19-year-old unemployed transient male was arrested at 6:30 p.m. Saturday on the 800 block of Musser Street on suspicion of failure to appear in court. Bail was set at $337.

• An 18-year-old dry waller from Carson City was arrested at 7:33 p.m. Saturday on the 2200 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of driving without a valid license or registration. Bail was set at $207.

• A 60-year-old salesman from Carson City was arrested at 8:47 p.m. on the 2000 block of Carson Street on suspicion of failure to appear in court for a traffic violation and failure to appear in court on a traffic violation out of Dayton. Bail was set at $2,072.

• A 27-year-old caregiver from Carson City was arrested at 9 p.m. Saturday on the 700 block of Silver Oak Road on suspicion of failure to appear in court on a traffic violation. Bail was set at $1,073.
