The lunch menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive:
Monday: Tostada with ground beef, cheese, refried beans, lettuce, salsa, mixed fruit, Jell-O with topping, albondigas soup.
Tuesday: Ham steak, scalloped potatoes, steamed broccoli, applesauce, peach cobbler, whole-wheat bread, margarine.
Wednesday: Chicken pot pie, spring-mix salad, buttermilk biscuit, banana, Jell-O with whipped topping.

Thursday: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, peas, peaches, rye bread, cookies.
Friday: Prime rib, baked potato, green beans with mushrooms, peaches, roll, cake and ice cream.
The menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Way:
Monday: Sloppy Joe, zucchini, Tater Tots, apricots, cookie.
Tuesday: Ham, steamed cabbage, baked sweet potato, mandarin oranges, Jell-O.
Wednesday: Baked chicken, peaches, Brussels sprouts, scalloped potatoes.
Thursday: Roast beef with au jus, au gratin potatoes, broccoli, fruit cocktail, pudding.
Friday: Salmon patties, peas in cream sauce, plums, carrot-raisin salad.
The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Dr:
Monday: Shepherd’s pie, peas, apricots, bran muffin, butter.
Tuesday: Chicken enchilada casserole, refried beans, mixed veggies, green salad, mixed fruit.
Wednesday: Veal cutlet, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, banana, birthday cake.
Thursday: Swiss burger, Tater Tots, broccoli and cauliflower, roll, oranges.
Friday: Breakfast – Scrambled eggs, sausage, toast with butter, melon, V8 and orange juice.
The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:
Monday: Kitchen-sink casserole, biscuit, tossed salad, mixed fruit.
Tuesday: Hungarian goulash over spinach noodles, peas and carrots, lettuce and tomato salad, whole-wheat bread, ambrosia.
Wednesday: Chicken Acapulco, happy carrots, beet salad, Jell-O cake.
Thursday: Sweet-and-sour pork, rice, Waldorf salad, vanilla pudding.
Friday: Bake cod Creole, baked yam, mixed greens, cornbread, fruit medley.
