The luncheon menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive, includes milk or coffee every meal.
Monday: Seafood salad with krab and shrimp, carrot and celery sticks, pickled beets, crackers, diced pineapple, lemon bar.
Tuesday: Chicken bratwurst on bun, hot German potato salad, German slaw, spiced applesauce, fresh orange slices.
Wednesday: Barbecued beef ribs, green salad, corn on the cob, cornbread with honey, watermelon, ice cream bar sundae.
Thursday: Roast pork, green beans almondine, yams, what bread, honeydew melon.
Friday: Liver or Salisbury steak with onions and gravy, whipped potatoes, tomatoes vinaigrette, Mexicorn, whole-wheat bread with apple butter, peaches.

Tuesday: Reuben sandwich, sauerkraut, rye bread, macaroni salad, pears, orange juice.
Wednesday: Beef stroganoff with noodles, carrots, green salad, mandarin oranges with Jell-O, cookie.
Thursday: Pizza, green beans with tomatoes and mushrooms, corn, cake with peaches.
Friday: Breakfast, 9-10 a.m. – Pancakes, ham and eggs, strawberries, V8 and orange juice.
The menu for the Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:
Monday: Chicken Caesar salad w/cheese, tomato, hard-boiled egg, grapes, lemon poppy-seed muffin.
Tuesday: Beef fajitas, shredded lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, Spanish rice, apple crisptos.
Wednesday: Turkey roast, mashed potatoes with gravy, cranberry sauce, fruit salad, French-style green beans, dinner roll, cake and ice cream.
Thursday: Swedish meatballs over egg noodles, three-bean salad, Brussels sprouts, seven-grain roll, apricots, cookie.
Friday: Turkey bean soup, bacon-lettuce-tomato sandwich, orange, spinach salad, canned pear halves.
The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Drive:
Monday: Barbecued chicken, broccoli baked beans, apricots, whole wheat roll, margarine, vanilla pudding.
Tuesday: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich, carrots and peas, margarine, potato wedges, Mandarin oranges.
Wednesday: Meatloaf, steamed spinach, mashed potatoes, lettuce, tomato salad with French dressing, whole wheat bread w/margarine, Chantilly fruit cup.
Thursday: Vegetable soup, chef salad, lettuce, green beans, pie, fruit juice.
Friday: Baked fish, Creole yams, mixed green salad with dressing, cornbread with butter, watermelon.
