The lunch menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

Monday: Eggplant parmesan, seasoned rice, Mandarin oranges, cookie

Tuesday: Chili with meat sauce, broccoli salad, grape juice, cornbread muffin with margarine

Wednesday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, beets, diced pears, whole wheat roll with margarine

Thursday: Pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, potato salad, peaches

Friday: Meatloaf with gravy, au gratin potatoes, Italian veggies, chantilly fruit cup, whole wheat roll with margarine

Tuesday: Swiss burger, broccoli/cauliflower, potato wedges, spiced pears, brownies
