Lani Lee Peel (Workman), our angel on Earth has gained her wings in heaven. Lani suddenly passed away on January 7th at the age of 78, surrounded by her husband of 60 years, 4 children and family.
Lani was born in Monterey Park, CA on November 18, 1943, to Rex and Jean Workman. She moved to Fallon in the 8th grade and has blessed this community with her brightness ever since. She was passionately devoted to God, her family, and friends and remained a steadfast source of positivity to others in all situations. Many will remember her words “Well, we just have to pray about it because it’s in God’s hands”. Now Lani is truly held in God’s hands and her legacy of love, grace, generosity, and kindness will forever live in the hearts of all those who were blessed to know her.
Lani is survived by her mother Jean Workman, brother Dave Workman, husband Art Peel, children Tim Peel, Jeff Peel (wife Dana), Cheryl Gallio (husband Andy), Tami Peel (fiancé John), 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
