Linda Jackson

On Thursday, November 24, 2022, Linda Jackson, loving sister, mother, and grandmother passed away at age 71.
Linda was born March 16, 1951 in Madera, CA to G.W. Roy Cowen and Virginia Wood. She raised Travis “T.J.”and Terrina Howard (McGowan).
Linda was passionate about the military and football. Linda never missed a Dallas Cowboys game! Her greatest love was her grandkids.
Linda was preceded in death by her mother, father, and brother, Dan. She is survived by her son, Travis Howard, and daughter, Terrina McGowan (Joseph), her 4 grandchildren, Mackenzie, Bryce, Kyleigh and Brinley, along with her 3 brothers, cousins, nephews and nieces.
A burial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday the 1st of December at the Churchill County Cemetery. Please wear football attire or blue and silver to attend. Go Cowboys! Arrangments are with Smith Family Funeral Home (775) 423-2255.
