Leroy L. Kizer

Leroy L Kizer passed peacefully in his sleep on 5/19/2025. Lee was born in Schurz NV 12/29/1949 to Marie Simpson Kizer and Delany Kizer. He was the 4th of 14 children. He is survived by brothers Mark, Darrel, Delany Jr., Craig and Matt. Sisters, Lenora and Millie. Children Arlene Pretty on Top, Vicki Kizer, and Tarrah Kizer-Mortimer, and three Stepchildren. Preceded in death by son Reese D. Kizer. Grandchildren: Alyonna Pretty on Top, Neveah Kizer, Jace Burtt, Easton Kizer, Jaxon Kizer, Gabriella Martinez, LeeLawni Burtt, Ace Kizer, Kash Burtt, and Crew Kizer, and seven step-grandchildren. Lee was an active member of the Carson Valley his entire life through softball, hunting, and fishing. He established with his brothers the Dresslerville Athletic Club for adult softball tournaments. He was an active supporter of Douglas Co. High School sports, attending basketball and football games to watch his children and grandchildren.
