Karen McQueary

Karen McQueary, of Carson City, passed away, surrounded by family and loved ones, on May 14, 2025, at Carson Tahoe Hospital, Carson City, NV.
Karen was born in Logan, Utah to Levor Kofoed and Ardell Kunz Kofoed on August 06, 1938.
She attended Logan High School in Logan, Utah, where she met the love of her life, Marv McQueary.
Marv and Karen were married on April 23, 1955, in Ely, Nevada, had five Children, and eventually settled in Carson City, Nevada.
Karen is survived by Her Children, Deborah Ann McQueary-Starks, Kimberly McQueary-Vargas, and Robert Vivien McQueary.
Karen is preceded in death by Her Husband Marv McQueary; Parents, Levor Kofoed and Ardell Kunz Kofoed; Her sons, Gregory Eugene McQueary, John Marvin McQueary; and Her Grandson, Tanner Marvin Koch.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 28th, 2025, at the Dayton NV Cemetery.
