Left to right Carson City parks maintenance workers Bob Meitzner and Terrell Zuend work on a section of landscaping surrounding the Vietnam Memorial at Mills Park Wednesday afternoon. Nevada State Prison Inmates have carved special memorial stones which will be in stalled at the memorial this week.
