BRAD HORN/Nevada Appeal Kasey Camp, 8, of Carson City, climbs through a tube on the Seeliger Elementary School playground on Thursday afternoon. Camp, who has mild cerebral palsy, was kicked out of the Latch Key program and her mother, Amy Garland, is looking for alternate care but is having difficulty.
