Philadelphia Cheesesteak Co. specializes in cheddar Cheez Whiz steak sandwiches, a favorite in South Philly, and the provolone variety, commonly found in North Philly. But sandwich shop owner Jim Brenneis will also stack the steak up against some Swiss cheese.
