Chad Lundquist/Nevada Appeal Phil Hyatt, co-owner of Carson City BBQ Company, shows off his secret rib seasoning before the Best in the West Nugget Rib Cook-off in Sparks on Tuesday. Hyatt will be competing in the cook-off Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m.-9 p.m., and a final day on Monday from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Admission to the cook-off is free.
