Seth Lightcap/Nevada Appeal News Service Investing in re-usable bags such as the collapsible basket toted out of New Moon Natural Foods by Emily Williams on Tuesday saves thousands of plastic and paper bags a year. Next March, the town of Truckee will distribute 2,000 reusable cloth shopping bags.
