Courtesy photo Scott Dockery/Charter Communications A Charter Communications crew works to repair fallen lines on East Lake Boulevard Friday at approximately 6 p.m. The failure affected 36,000 Internet, cable and telephone customers in Carson City, Dayton, South Lake Tahoe, Gardnerville, Silver Springs and Fallon. The lines came down as a result of a vehicle accident.
