BRAD HORN/Nevada Appeal Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare has sold its downtown hospital to a Texas medical developer for $20 million, according to city records. The group ran the hospital at 775 Fleischmann Way since 1968, before it opened the new $118 million Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center in northeast Carson City in late 2005.
