Guardsmen with Charlie Company, 1-168th General Support Aviation Battalion, disembark from their UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter at Forward Operating Base Delaram II, Helmand province, Afghanistan, Nov. 14, 2013. The crew rushed a wounded Afghan soldier to critical care personnel at Camp Bastion, Helmand province, Afghanistan.
Editor’s note: This unit now serving in Afghanistan includes guardsmen from the Fernley and Fallon area.
