A woman seen entering the Target on June 28 is a person of interest in the theft and use of credit cards.
Authorities are seeking the identity of a woman who purchased hundreds of dollars in merchandise from the Jacks Valley Target Store with a stolen credit card. The card came from a wallet stolen on June 28 in South Lake Tahoe. The same day, around 2:30 p.m., someone used the stolen credit cards at the Target.
