Tailing piles found on the hills above the former mining camp of Delamar, once one of the deadliest mining community in the state.
The old mining ghost town of Delamar seems pretty peaceful these days. Perched on a hillside on the east side of the Delamar Valley in eastern Nevada, the camp, which once boasted as many as 1,500 residents, has been abandoned since the mid-20th century.
