Nevada marijuana businesses prep for recreation sales

Editor’s note: Alcohol distributors in Nevada say they should have exclusive rights to transport marijuana for the first 18 months. A Carson City district court judge approved their concerns this week and issued an order to prevent the state from issuing recreational marijuana distribution licenses until the court and state resolve the issue.
