Dogs enjoy the annual Pooch Plunge, being held Sept. 22, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Carson Aquatic Facility. Next door will be the Community Garage Sale, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Carson City Community Center east side parking lot, and the Skateboard & Scooter Competition in Mills Park skate park starting at 10 a.m.
