Carson City’s newest park is officially opening Wednesday. A ribbon cutting on the Schulz Ranch Park, the first new park in 12 years, is being held at 5:30 p.m. Following the ribbon cutting a movie, “Hotel Transylvania” will be shown starting at 6 p.m.
