Scouting Nevada – The Pack hasn’t playes since being swept at Oregon State … Dayton’s Matt Bowman has been the Pack’s most-productive hitter,hiting in 11 of 15 games … Infielder Ryan Foley broke a finger against Oregon State, and he’s out from 4 to 6 weeks … Left field has been a merry-go-round with six different players getting starts there. Matt Suleski has started four of the last five there … Ryan Rodriguez needs just one strikeout to crack the Top 10 all-time at Nevada … The bullpen has struggled thus far, allowing 18 of 27 inherited runners to score.

Scouting Portland: The Pilots are in the midst of a 20-game season-opening road trip .. The Pilots dropped a double-header at Fresno State recently and are coming off a 3-1 loss to Oregon State earlier this week.
