About Nevada: The Pack snapped a 5-game losing streak with a 10-6 win over UT-Arlington at the Southwest Diamond Classic … The doubleheader today begins a 15-game homestand, and the team won’t go on the road until March 25. Today’s double-header will be a 9-inning game followed by a 7-inning game … Nevada is hitting just .244 thus far. Matt Bowman and Terry Walsh have been slow starters, hitting .133 and .111, respectively … Ciarlo (.800) and Kort (.444) were named to the all-tournament team last weekend … Nevada’s bullpen has allowed just three of 12 inherited runners to score.
